people have there talent the whole time but you just have to dig deep in order to release it sometimes. The Tinman thought that he achieved his goal of receiving a heart at the end of the story when he received the paste on one. You do not need a medal, piece of paper, or someone else to acknowledge what you have done in order for you to get it.
